Enquiring about your membership card? – As previously announced in April 2025, due to the high increases in postage and printing costs, we changed to digital membership cards only. For those members who would still like to have a physical membership card, there is a fixed £2 charge for this option. Even if your account is set to auto-renew, you will still need to login and add this option to your membership.
