This was found on a recent organized Club dig. The coin has a chip in it where a side pice has broken off indicating it has likely been hit by a farmers plough. It is a Silver denarius of Emperor Carausius the Usurper. AD 286 - AD 293. Remaining Legend Reads (CAR)AVSIVS P F (AVG). The reverse Is Brittania standing on the right with a trident or staff welcoming the Emperor. Remaining legend corresponds to EXPECTATE VENI (Come Long awaited one)
